Mike as absolutely great to work with. In the beginning he was not pushy at all. I was on the fence about buying a house he reached out left his call back number and allowed me the space to call back at my time. When I decided to go ahead and move forward with buying a house he promptly answered every question I had. He is most definitely committed to his clients and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I asked to check some home well beyond his area. I was genuinely expecting him to tell me some of my search was too far for him. However, he took additional hour+ drive and the time to show homes in an area I wasn’t 100 percent committed to. I didn’t have to find another realtor. Throughout negotiations he wasn’t pushy with me just trying to make a sale. He pushed hard to get me a fair deal which exactly what I received. I will most likely use Mike again the next time I buy or decide to sell my house. Mike did not disappoint at all.

Mike is always available. He worked nonstop to help me find a home within a 45 day window. We looked at homes almost everyday. I made the deadline because of Mike. I would highly recommend Mike Morero to help you sell your home or to buy a home.

Mike is awesome and will go the extra mile. He is a man of his word. Mike made sure the buying and selling experience was as smooth as it possible could be. When a mistake was made with the escrow company with commission, Mike took a lower commission to compensate. Also Mike used his contacts to reduce cost for me when I had to fulfill the buyers needs.
